The hotel's tranquil gardens and dual swimming pools provided a perfect escape after adventurous days exploring Siem Reap.
There was a notable lack of mirror space in our room, making getting ready for outings a bit challenging.

All in all everything was excellent, had a really lovely stay even for my business trip. Stayed in good sized and newly remodelled deluxe room on upper level. I had astonishing breakfast with Western food. It was in a gorgeous location walking distance to pubs and bars...

The breakfast, restaurant and bar area are pretty, and the rooms have a nice design and look.
The hotel was nice but it felt like the rooms needed some updating. They felt past their prime. The fact that you had to keep curtains closed for privacy was a bit disappointing as it blocked out all the light.

The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful. Good situated a the river and to the city Siem reap. Happy hour from 5pm -7 pm at the hotel bar!! Good breakfast with very good capucino. We liked the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked it very much, because of the good atmosphere and the good setting.
The rooms need to be renovated!!! The german guide unfortunately spoke only very, very less German, not to recommend!!! They wanted to charge for the free shutle bus, but after a discussion the shuttle was free of charge as in the conditions descriped.

Had an amazing stay at Avani! The Beautiful Courtyard Room felt like pure luxury, with comfy beds and beautiful decor. The breakfast spread was epic-so much variety! A bit muddy around the pool because of the trees, but the relaxing vibe made up for it.

Great set-up with room towards the great swimming pool and not too many rooms. This allows you to relax in the hotel as being on beach holiday, while you have siem reap on walking distance and good access to the Ankor temples. Perfect breakfast and coffee ! Also we had dinner several times , which was also very good. We played golf , which could be booked through hotel.
Massage is somewhat expensive compared to Frangipani, which has same (or better atmosphere and quality) and much lower price. Pool towels are too small ... larger ones and better availability would be great.

I truly enjoyed comfy location of this hotel.
The room was brand-new and well-organised with smoke detectors for my safety. Location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurant and Pub street and night markets. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Siem Reap.

The staff were fabulous, always attentive, and little touches like chocolates in the pickup car were good. The lush tropical surroundings around the mid-century building created a beautiful escape. The food was great, and if you visit, definitely ask for tom to guide your angkor wat tour. The hotel's location is super central.
100% recommend
